At Shri Shaktimayi, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and consumable products, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
However, a return or replacement may be considered only in the following cases:

You received a damaged product

You received a wrong product

The product was leaking or broken at the time of delivery

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.

Eligibility for Return / Replacement
To be eligible:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours

Product must be unused and unopened

Original packaging must be intact

Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is required
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used products

Ayurvedic consumables / food items (including Chyawanprash)

Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

Products purchased during sale or promotional offers

Gift cards (if applicable)
Damaged or Wrong Product
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.
If the product is damaged or incorrect:

Share clear photos or an unboxing video

Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund, if approved
Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds are usually completed within 7–10 business days

Bank processing time may vary
If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days after approval, please contact us.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, a refund will be issued and you may place a new order separately.
